All ticket sales are final. Tours run rain or shine except when cancelled by management. Tours are subject to cancellation due to participation minimums. In the event of such a cancellation, purchaser will be contacted and offered a new tour time. If tours are cancelled or postponed by management, and a new tour time cannot be agreed upon, purchaser will receive a full refund. No refunds will be honored at time of the tour. If a patron misses a tour, or in the event a tour is cut short for any reason, no refund will be honored. If purchaser leaves a tour for any reason, they do so without refund. If a tour is canceled due to extreme weather, purchaser will be given a rain check for a future tour. Customers participate in tours at their own risk. Ghosts By the Coast or the City of Ocean City is not responsible for any injury or illness that may occur on our tours. By purchasing tickets, you agree to the preceding terms.
